Where do you ship?

Currently orders ship to US only, but I plan to offer international shipping soon. Sign up for email messages and follow us on Instagram for updates!
How long will my order take?

My current processing time is 5-7 days, depending on when you place your order. This means it can take up to one week from the time you place the order until it is left at the post office for delivery. I do not combine multiple pending orders. Packages ship on Mondays so any orders placed after Monday will ship the following week.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once I ship your package, I am not responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All packages come with a tracking and are shipped through USPS. Please contact your local post office and file a claim to resolve delivery issues.
Do you offer shipping insurance?

I do! Shipping insurance is automatically included for packages under $100. If your package is over $100, I HIGHLY suggest you purchase extra shipping insurance. I have a listing available to purchase extra insurance for $5.
Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please purchase responsibly! *See shipping policy about packages returned to sender (me) by the post
Do you provide refunds?

Refunds will be given only on a case-by-case basis, such as in the event an item arrives damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed, no exceptions.
My order was cancelled??

If I am processing an order and it shows the address as invalid I will cancel it immediately and the crystals will go back on the shelf. Please be mindful when entering your address and check it twice! I will not tolerate disrespectful customers. If you speak to me in a disrespectful way, your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked from placing future orders.
